Limited Edition Platinum Patek Philippe Grand Complication Strap Watch (Factory-Sealed with Box & Papers)


PATEK PHILIPPE: Extremely rare Limited Edition (of just 20 watches!) gentleman's platinum Patek Philippe "Boodle & Dunthorne 200th Anniversary 1798-1998" perpetual calendar moonphase automatic strap watch, circa 1998. Circular platinum case with polished stepped bezel and down-turned polished shoulders, sapphire crystal glass, Patek Philippe winding crown, four tiny buttons in the case sides for adjusting the complications, and solid platinum case back with Boodle & Dunthorne 200th Anniversary dedication and Limited Edition serial number, in mint un-used condition, factory-sealed in the Patek Philippe clear plastic wrapping. Black dial with applied white gold faceted baton hour markers, outer minute markers, month and leap year display at 3 o'clock; moonphase and date display at 6 o'clock; and day and am/pm indicator at 9 o'clock. Signed Patek Philippe, Geneve, Swiss. White gold dagger hands. Nickel plated self-winding Patek Philippe calibre 240Q automatic mechanism (comprising 275 parts and measuring just 3.88mms thick!) with the 22k gold micro-rotor and Geneva Seal hallmark. Stainless Steel CWC Royal Air Force Issue Chronograph Strap Watch - One of the "Fabulous Four"!


CWC: Rare original CWC British Royal Air Force military issue manual wind chronograph, issued in 1980. Large asymmetric brushed stainless steel case, domed plexi-crystal, original winding crown and round chronograph pushers at 2 and 4, brushed case-sides, and fixed strap bars, in good used condition. Screw case back with original military issue marks: 6BB-924-3306 and 61*/80 and the Admiralty arrow. Matt black dial (some surface marks, and slight loss of paint) with printed white minute calibrations with luminous five minute markers, bold arabic numeral hour markers, 30 minute counter at 3 o'clock, and running seconds at 9 o'clock, signed CWC, Swiss, with the T-circle and Admiralty arrow marks. Luminous baton hands and white chronograph hands. Nickel plated Valjoux cal. 7733 seventeen jewel lever chronograph mechanism in very good working order. Fitted with a black nylon NATO style strap.
